As Starr King and the GTU transition from Blackboard to Moodle, our online pages are also in transition! The information below was written when Blackboard was the GTU's shared Learning Management system. Some, but not all, of this page will be changing. We invite you to return soon. Revisions will apply to 2008-2009, when Moodle will be up and running.

Technical Support

The purpose of this site is to enhance the technical support services we provide to our students taking courses online. We have provided a number of resources here to help you report and resolve problems, and to suggest improvements.

First read the FAQ to see if a solution has already been provided. If you are still unable to resolve the issue, fill out the support request form. Technical support is provided via e-mail. For suggestions, or requests for improvements, please use our suggestion form.
